Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Effective date: April 30, 2026

Airix LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Push Up Arena mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App and informs you of your rights regarding your personal data.

By using Push Up Arena, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • A unique user identifier from the authentication provider

1.2 Information Generated Through Your Use of the App

As you use Push Up Arena, we collect and store:

  • Workout data, including push-up counts, workout history, session timestamps, and performance metrics

  • Multiplayer activity, including match results and scores, your competitive rating, and your match history
  • App preferences and settings
  • Subscription and purchase status (we do not store payment card information; see Section 4)

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by us and our service providers:

  • Device type, operating system, and OS version
  • App version and language settings
  • Approximate location (derived from IP address, not GPS)
  • Anonymous device identifiers used for paywall and subscription analytics
  • Crash and performance data, where applicable

We do not access your Apple Health, Google Fit, Apple Watch, motion sensors, camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Save and sync your push-up counts and workout history across sessions
  • Provide and maintain core App functionality
  • Operate multiplayer play, including matchmaking, scoring, ratings, leaderboards, and match history
  • Review reports and enforce our Terms of Service (see Section 6)
  • Process and manage subscriptions
  • Display relevant paywalls and offers
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, or material changes to our services
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Contract: Processing necessary to provide the App's services to you (e.g., saving your workout history)
  • Legitimate interests: Improving the App, securing our services, and preventing fraud
  • Consent: Where required (e.g., for certain analytics); you may withdraw consent at any time
  • Legal obligation: Where we must process data to comply with applicable law

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate Push Up Arena. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

4.1 Supabase

We use Supabase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, database storage, and account management. Your account information and workout data are stored on Supabase's servers.
Privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy

4.2 Superwall

We use Superwall to manage in-app paywalls and subscription offerings. Superwall collects anonymous device identifiers, app and device metadata, paywall impression and conversion events, and subscription status to provide its service.
Privacy policy: https://superwall.com/privacy

4.3 Sign in with Apple

When you sign in using Apple, Apple shares your name and email (or a private relay email) with us. Apple's privacy practices are governed by its own policy.
Privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4.4 Sign in with Google

When you sign in using Google, Google shares your name, email, and profile identifier with us. Google's privacy practices are governed by its own policy.
Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4.5 Apple App Store and Google Play

Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), depending on your device. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to grant access to paid features.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as follows:

  • With our subprocessors listed in Section 4, solely to operate the App
  • For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Airix LLC, our users, or others
  • In the event of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy

6. Player Profiles and Information Visible to Other Players

The App includes a head-to-head multiplayer mode, where you compete against other players. This mode may be presented under different names in the App from time to time; this Policy applies to it however it is named. Playing in multiplayer is optional. If you choose to take part, you first create a player profile: a unique username (3–16 characters, using letters, numbers, and underscores) and an avatar chosen from a curated set of images built into the App. You can change your username once every 30 days.

If you create a player profile and play matches, the following is visible to other players inside the App:

  • Your username
  • The avatar you selected
  • Your scores and results from matches
  • Your competitive rating and your position on the leaderboard
  • Your match history as seen by players you have faced — an opponent's history shows your username, avatar, and the scores from the matches you played together

You choose your own username, so please do not include personal information in it — such as your real name, email address, phone number, or social media handles — that you do not want other players to see. Other players will see your username whenever you are matched with them or appear on the leaderboard.

Your email address, the name from your Apple or Google account, your solo workout history, and your subscription status are not shown to other players.

6.1 Reports and Blocking

To keep multiplayer safe, we operate the following moderation systems:

  • Username filtering. Usernames are checked on our servers against a blocklist that covers profanity and impersonation of Push Up Arena staff.
  • Player reports. You can report another player from within the App. A report records who submitted it and who it is about, the reason selected (offensive name, cheating, harassment, or other), an optional free-text message you may add (up to 500 characters), a reference to the match the report came from, a snapshot of the reported player's username at the time of the report, and a timestamp.
  • Blocking. You can block another player. We store your block list and use it to make sure you and the blocked player are never matched with each other again, in either direction, and to hide that player from your leaderboard. The player you block is not notified.

Reports are reviewed manually by our team, along with the related match data. We use this information to enforce our Terms of Service — for example, to remove or change an offensive username, or to suspend or terminate an account. Reports are not visible to the player being reported.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information, workout data, and multiplayer data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

8. International Data Transfers

Push Up Arena is available globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data when transferred internationally.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Restriction or objection: Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

9.2 How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@pushuparena.app. You may also delete your account from within the App, which will initiate deletion of your associated data. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:

  • Using the in-app account deletion option, or
  • Emailing support@pushuparena.app from the email address associated with your account

Deleting your account permanently deletes your multiplayer data along with the rest of your information — your player profile and username, your matches and match history, your rating and leaderboard placement, any reports you have filed or that have been filed about you, and your blocks.

11. Children's Privacy

Push Up Arena is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@pushuparena.app and we will promptly delete it.

12. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our backend systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification or email). Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
